Overview

Payslips Consulting ("we", "us") provides payroll administration services to small businesses in Nova Scotia. This policy explains what information we collect through payslips.ca, how we use it, and how it's protected.

Information we collect

When you submit our contact or quote form, we collect:

  • Your name and business name
  • Email address and phone number
  • Your team size and any message you send us

We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site (pages viewed, general location, device type). This data is aggregated and not tied to your name unless you've also contacted us directly.

How we use your information

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote, and, if you become a client, to set up and run your payroll. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for anything beyond providing and improving our service.

Where your data is stored

Contact form submissions and client records are stored in a database hosted in Canada. Access is restricted to our team.

Third parties

If you become a client, your payroll data is processed through Payworks, our Canadian-owned payroll software partner, strictly to run your payroll. We use Google Analytics for site traffic insights. We don't share your information with any other third party except as required by law (for example, CRA remittance filings on behalf of clients).

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@payslips.ca. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and revise the date at the top.
